Tracy is a wonderful doula. We reached out to her as we needed help with our first baby. She is extremely knowledgeable about child care and postpartum care for the mom and was very flexible with us with her availability. We really loved how approachable and easy going she is. She also always maintained the perfect balance between helping out and giving us our space when needed. She taught us a lot of things from holding the baby, bathing the baby to offering breastfeeding support and postpartum resources. She was always willing to help with anything that was needed even though sometimes those chores were not directly baby related (parents' laundry folding, cleanup etc.) which we really appreciated. Her rates are very competitive as well. We would recommend Tracy to anyone looking for postpartum doula services in the Ottawa area.
